Digital strategy and policy

The FPS BOSA is tasked with developing and monitoring the digital transformation and e-government on behalf of the federal administration. To this end, the FPS BOSA supports the federal public services in their endeavours to improve services to citizens, businesses and civil servants through the use of innovative information and communication technologies. As such, the FPS BOSA is actively working on the digital agenda.
